Getting Started With Your Schedule On GameOfficials.Net

Logging In the first time
(1) The web site is www.gameofficials.net or it can be accessed from this web site from the officials menu at the top.
(2) You will get an email with your username and password. Your username will start out as your email address. The password is random but will be emailed to you.
(3) Go to the web site.
(4) You will see the login box at the top right - it says Username and Password. Type them in and press "Log In"
(5) Do not click on "new official", and do not use an account you may already have with the state. For now our logins are separate- this was needed to do the transfer from Assign By Web. If you do not get a login information email please contact Mike at mjdudgeon@gmail.com.
(6) The first time you login you will get a screen with a license agreement. Check the "I Agree" box and click Continue
(7) The first time you login you will also get a screen asking to set up 3 security questions. This is up to you - if you set them up you can get your login and password yourself without contacting anyone. If you dont want to do them just check the box "I do not want to set up security questions" and hit the Continue button
(8) For the final "first time setup", you will be sent to the screen where you enter your contact information. This information has been copied over from Assign By Web. However, please use the drop-down boxes next to your phone numbers to label which one is mobile, home, work, etc. The system requires Date Of Birth - sorry about that - it is not used for anything and is not looked at. When you are done press "Save" at the bottom.

Looking At / Accepting Your Games
(1) One you log in your games for the next 7 days are displayed. If you have unaccepted games there will be a red box in the top right. To look at all your games click on "My Games" in the upper left.
(2) You will see a screen that says "My Game Information". At the top of the screen are choices of what games to look at. For your first time, click on "All (may load slowly)"
(3) You will see a list of all of your games. To only look at games you have not accepted you can click on "Not Accepted"
(4) To accept games, click on the Accept green box or "Accept All". Then press "Save" at the bottom
(5) To decline a game, you must click on the Decline red box and also fill in a brief reason. Then press "Save" at the bottom.

Changing your username or password
(1) You may want a shorter login than your email, and you definitely want to change your password. To do this go to the home screen by clicking on "HOME" in the middle left.
(2) On the home screen to the middle right your will see links to change username and to change password.
(3) If you click on change username, then you enter in twice the username you request, then your password. Then click save.
(4) If you go to change password, you put in your current password and then your new password twice, then press save.

Availability
(1) To get to availability, click on "My Availability" in the top left
(2) Find the date you want to set in the Calendar. Click on the date and it will appear in the box in the middle of the screen.
(3) Click on the red "Not Available". Do not make "Available" entries - we assume you are available at any time unless you put a not available entry.
(4) If it is all day, make sure "All Day" is checked. Then press Save. You will see your day light up in red on the calendar
(5) If it is part of the day, uncheck "All Day". Then fill in the times. Then press Save.
(6) You will see a list of all your out dates at the bottom of the screen. To get rid of one of these out dates click on "Del" on the line with the date you want to remove. Click on "OK" on the confirmation box.
